What to Expect

All sessions are free flow, meaning you can follow your own journey through your time at the spa. If you are new to the practice and would like guidance, Drew is always available to bring you through a typical cycle. This would start with 10-15 minutes in the sauna, then a shower to rinse off. Followed by a plunge in our ice bath (2-4°) or our cold plunge (8-10°), for 2.5 minutes. You’re then encouraged to let your body naturally heat up while you rest by the fire with some tea.

Wood-Fired Cedar Sauna

Indulging in our sauna experience offers a treasure trove of health benefits. As your body absorbs the soothing warmth, blood circulation improves, promoting better oxygen flow and enhancing cardiovascular health. Sweating profusely within the sauna aids in flushing out toxins, cleansing your skin and supporting a radiant complexion. Our wood-fired cedar sauna is typically around 70-90 degrees. Everyones heat tolerance is difference, so know that the 10-15 minutes is only a recommendation. Make sure you stay hydrated before and after using the sauna.

Cold Plunge Tubs

Take the invigorating plunge into our cold tubs and unlock a world of remarkable health benefits. The brisk shock of cold water triggers an immediate increase in circulation, invigorating your body and providing a natural energy boost. This experience promotes the tightening of skin pores, enhancing its texture and overall appearance. There will always be two options for cold plunging, making it easy for someone with no experience with cold exposure to “dip” their foot in. One tub will be between 8-10 degrees, while the other will be 2-4 degrees. We ask that you always rinse off before getting into the plunge tubs.
